Aaron is a team player who believes that when we all work together, we become more than the sum of our parts. His hands-on training methods help make the subject matter real and relevant.

Aaron has been active in HSE for the last 18 years. More than half of his career has been spent meeting the exceptional HSE standards on projects for the United States Army Corps of Engineers and the Department of Defense. 

Aaron's industry insight and penchant for helping others means he is highly qualified to educate, instruct, and encourage his colleagues to practice and live by potentially life-saving safety standards. 

Aaron earned a Bachelor of Science in Safety Management and Environmental Management from Northeastern State University. His passion for the environmental aspects of the industry make him notably qualified as an HSE consultant and instructor.

Jamia matthews

Jamia's attitude and attention to detail make her a perfect fit for program development and teaching. She is adept at technical writing and proofreading, and utilizes these skills to ensure a consistent, well written product.

Jamia takes workplace safety seriously, and this is demonstrated in her energetic instruction style and passion for learning. Her ability to connect with both her students and the source material ensures overall success of both the students and the course.

Jamia earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Oral Roberts University. She is an eager, passionate professional who always goes above and beyond to ensure team success.

Brittanie White

CONSULTANT / INSTRUCTOR

Brittanie is a determined professional with a passion for workplace safety. She is vigilant about procedural updates in the industry and quick to adapt new processes based on ever-changing safety standards.

For the past ten years, Brittanie has dedicated her time to preparing and coordinating safety and operation plans for preconstruction, accident prevention, environmental protection, quality control, waste management, and storm water pollution prevention. As an instructor, Brittanie is approachable and considerate, ensuring everyone keeps pace and understands the materials and exercises. 

Brittanie earned a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Safety & Health from Southeastern Oklahoma State University.  She and her encyclopedic knowledge of HSE planning is an invaluable resource to clients and students.
